Why PLF is different?

Designed with all of the things you need, and none of the things you don't. I keep it simple and effective, with the focus on you by giving you what you need for long term healthful results without wasting your time, money and effort on things that won't work and leave you feeling let down again.


It's more important to live a great life than be forever trying to lose weight for a holiday, only to regain it and start the cycle all over again the next time an occasion comes up. That's why PLF combines fitness, strength and nutrition; with lifestyle, mindset, movement; and habits, food choice, strategies and systems. You lose weight naturally and easily when you focus on what has the biggest impact to make you feel good and make your life great.


Your personal relationship with your coach and your programme created uniquely for you around your life with structure and simplicity is what makes PLF different and better. My aim is to make the process simple, fun and easier to change your life.

Why now?

You never know how good you can feel and what you are capable of and how good your life can be if you don't start. 

Life is short and there is no magic 'perfect' time, waiting for it wastes more time when you could be feeling good.

The sooner you start, the sooner you will achieve the life and body you want.

Nothing changes if you put off starting, you delay your success stay the same, or get worse and even further from where you want to be.

FAQs 

Length of time to results? 

Everyone is different. There is no minimum stay, I want you to be here because you want to be.  A 3 month minimum is recommended for most goals, to develop habits that last and embed your new lifestyle. Most people choose to stay longer because they enjoy the process and the results. 

Money? 

This is £250 per month, but is £200 per month for the first 5 people. Your price never increases regardless of how long you stay.

Meal plan? 

You have access to a sample meal plan, showing you how to structure your meals to minimise hunger and maximise your health while hitting all your targets. The flexibility of this means you can adapt it to suit your own tastes, preferences, life and enjoyment. The structure helps this be simple and flexible meaning you can do things like eat out and make good choices.

Do I have to exercise? 

All bodies and abilities are welcome. We focus on what you can do.

Time - cook exercise check in? 

Remember you eat anyway, there is no need to take extra time to cook unless you enjoy it and want to.  

Your workouts are based on what you enjoy doing and is realistic for you to achieve most days. A good workout is about what you do and how you do it, it's not about how long it takes. The important thing is you are moving well strengthening your body and feel good.

Your monthly review calls are on a day and time that works for you. These are important along with your check ins.

You need to make time to check in, but this is flexible. Your check in lands in your inbox on Friday mornings and you have until Sunday evening to complete it. (You receive your feedback on Mondays.) So make time for you, get comfy and prioritise yourself.

Tell me about you using the form (here) and I will be in touch to make sure I can help you and we can work together. Once you're in, you receive your welcome pack to get started right away. It takes a few days for the consultation process and for me to create your own unique programme.
