The 30 day challenge has 6 healthy achievable daily habits that you can easily complete, the goal being that you never miss more than 2 habits or 2 days.

The challenge has been designed to fit with your life and make you feel good, not for you to miss out on living your life. If you do 50% of the habits, 50% of the time you will still get great results.
You'll be part of a supportive group for accountability, friendly chat and encouragement each day. Plus live group calls each week to keep you motivated.

You will have home workouts you can do without any equipment. We also have options for weighted workouts.
You can also continue to do exercise you already enjoy, and you don't even need to workout if you don't aren't able.
All bodies and abilities are welcome, you will still massively benefit from the other habits, mindset and community.

The nutrition habits have been chosen to make it easy and simple to make sure you are eating a healthy diet you enjoy and will get you to your goals, in a flexible way that suits you.
We share recipes and food in the group and your habits will help you build healthy meals and get more protein in your diet.
Your diet should work for you, fit with your life, be flexible and enjoyable. It's personal choice what you eat, but with support to make the best possible choices while being social, eating with your family, and travelling. There are no strict meal plans to follow.
Strict meal plans are a recipe for disaster, they do not fit with you as an individual which is what Your Best Self is all about. You can come up with a plan for you, with structure and flexibility.
We use range targets to give you a minimum and an optimal which means you can have flexibility for those busy days and still get great results.
I want you to enjoy the challenge, build your confidence and feel like you're accomplishing a lot, because you will be.
We don't go for 'streaks' or expect you to give up anything to fit your habits habits in - it's the opposite! They are designed to fit into your life to make it better.

If you have extra weight to lose you can lose it. You don't need to have a weight loss goal, but if you do you will achieve it in a way that is simple, fun, achievable and with results that last.
You do not need hours to do this. As long as you have a desire to feel healthier and happier we'll help you make time for it.
A consequence of improving your lifestyle is freeing up time (and energy) for all the things that will make you feel good.
