You have access to sample meal plans, showing you how to structure your meals to minimise hunger and maximise your health while hitting all your targets.
The flexibility of this means you can adapt it to suit your own tastes, preferences, life and enjoyment.
The structure helps you keep it simple and flexible meaning you can do things like eat out and make good choices and eat things you enjoy.
Your Personal Programme is made for you. All bodies and abilities are welcome. We focus on what you can do.
How much you move during the day is important. How well you move your body is important. The PLF Method focuses on strength, looking after your bones, muscles, and joints to make you fit, strong and healthy.
When you tell me about you using the form (here) we make sure we are a good fit to work together. When you're accepted you will receive your Welcome Pack and Consultation. I will get to know you and your goals and write a Personal Programme created uniquely for you to fit around you and your life.
