Work with me

Implementation is the skill most fitness coaching neglects

High-achieving women rarely need more information. They need a framework that lasts even when life is not perfect and a coach who understands that world.

I coach implementation under pressure. That is the difference.

the plf method

A four-phase framework you own permanently

phase 1. stabilise

Before we add load, we establish the foundation. Most new clients are under-sleeping, under-eating protein and stuck in all-or-nothing patterns. The first priority is removing extremes and creating structure that works in a demanding life.

Phase 2. Build

With the foundation stable, we introduce progressive resistance training, build calorie awareness and begin teaching the decision-making framework in real situations. This is where the system starts to form.

Phase 3. Refine

Body recomposition becomes the focus. Good decisions become automatic rather than effortful. You build strategies for travel, social commitments and high-stress periods so that results last even when life is not perfect.

Phase 4. Ownership

The goal is a client who no longer needs a coach. You leave with the PLF Method fully internalised, making informed decisions independently and maintaining results for life. The exit is the measure of success, not a loss.

You do not need more willpower.

You need the right system.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Level 4 qualified Nutrition Coach with 25 years of experience, working exclusively with senior professional and business-owning women over 40.

I only work with a small number of women. I value personal service, getting to know my clients, and giving everyone the time and attention they deserve

I coach women across finance, medicine and entrepreneurship to rebuild strength, improve body composition, and reclaim their energy.

Clients typically see measurable improvements in strength, body composition and energy within the first three months, while building a framework that lasts.

My work is grounded in strength and body composition science, applied nutrition, and behaviour change. I specialise in helping high-achieving women implement what they already understand in theory, inside careers and lives that leave very little margin.

The fitness industry continues to prescribe more cardio, more restriction and more intensity. That approach was flawed at 25. Applied to a woman in her 40s navigating perimenopause, leadership responsibility and sustained stress exposure, it is the wrong strategy entirely.

What works is different.

✓ Progressive resistance training structured properly.

✓ Protein intake aligned to physiology and muscle retention.

✓ Sleep and stress treated as performance variables.

✓ A decision-making framework that works during travel, deadlines and high-pressure seasons.

I design and oversee a system that produces measurable change while fitting your real life. The result is long-term consistency that does not rely on willpower or perfection.

That is what I build with you.

What CLIENTs say

“I have lost about a stone, but it is what I have gained that matters more. I gave up midweek drinking and focused my energy on moving out of a career I found unfulfilling. A year later I am in a job I love with vastly better prospects."

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Fill in the application form and we will find out. The call is free. There is no obligation and no pressure. My job on that call is to understand where you are and whether I am the right person to help you. If I am not, I will tell you and point you in the right direction.

  • You will receive an invitation to book a short call. We will discuss where you are now, what you need and whether 1-1 coaching is the right investment for this stage of your life. The call is free whether you become a client or not.

  • A personalised strength training programme built around your schedule. Nutrition targets aligned to your body and goals. Weekly written check-ins with detailed feedback. Direct messaging support as questions arise. A monthly coaching call to review progress and plan the next phase. Everything adjusts as your life and body change.

  • No. Payment is monthly and you can cancel with one month’s notice. I want you to stay because it is working, not because you are locked in. I recommend a minimum of three months to build the foundation and begin seeing measurable results.

  • Most clients see measurable improvements in strength, energy and body composition within the first three months. The first phase focuses on building the foundation: sleep, protein, movement and structure. Results compound from there. This is not a six week transformation. It is a system built for the next thirty years.

  • That is the most common thing I hear. In most cases it was not the effort that was missing, it was the framework. Plans that ignore your schedule, stress levels, travel and physiology are not built to be maintained. What I create is different because it is designed around your actual life from day one, not an idealised version of it.

  • That concern is exactly why this coaching exists. The women I work with are among the busiest I have ever met. The programme is built around the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had. Training is short and efficient. The rest is simple structure, not complexity.

  • Yes. Perimenopause and menopause are significant physiological shifts and they are accounted for in how I approach training, nutrition and recovery. This is not generic coaching applied to a menopausal body. It is coaching built around what that body actually needs.

  • Directly with me throughout. There is no team and no handoff. You receive your workouts through an app, but every programme is written by me personally and all coaching, feedback and support comes directly from me. Your coach stays the same from day one.
