2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking
All coaching services must be booked and paid for in advance. Services may be delivered via video call, audio, app, messages, or email, depending on the package.
2.2. Payment Terms
• Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment plans (if offered) must be paid on the agreed dates.
• Accepted payment methods will be detailed during the booking process.
Failure to make payment may result in paused or cancelled access to coaching services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Client Cancellations
• If you need to cancel a coaching session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Sessions cancelled with less tan 48 hours notice may be forfeited and not rescheduled.
• A minimum of one month’s notice is required to end any on-going monthly 1-1 or group coaching service.
3.2. Programme Refunds
Due to the digital and personalised nature of services:
• Refunds are not offered.

By signing up to coaching, you agree to:
• Be honest about your health status, injuries, or limitations.
• Follow the advice and plans provided to the best of your ability.
• Consult your GP before beginning any fitness or nutrition programme.
You acknowledge that results depend on your own effort, consistency, and lifestyle choices, and that results cannot be guaranteed.

Pamela L Fitness is not a medical practitioner. All services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or taking medications, consult your doctor before beginning any programme. Participation is at your own risk.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to and during the coaching relationship. Pamela L Fitness is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of your failure to disclose relevant information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pamela L Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including (but not limited to) loss of income, profit, or opportunity arising from your participation in coaching services.
You agree to comply with all guidance, instructions, and recommendations provided as part of your coaching programme.
Pamela L Fitness is not liable for:
• Injuries sustained during training or exercise
• Health issues arising from your participation
• Missed progress due to non-compliance or lifestyle factors outside the coaching relationship
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Coaching Suitability
Before beginning any coaching programme, we will assess whether our services are suitable for your needs. If we believe that coaching is not appropriate or may not be effective, we will inform you and may refer you to another professional (e.g., a GP or specialist). In such cases, any applicable initial consultation fee will still apply.

Pamela L Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
• Is abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate
• Repeatedly fails to follow the coaching plan
